On the day of the flight, the airport personnel led the students through entirely in Spanish. Students had to show their clothing (pictures) from their suitcases to the customs officials and tell the names of each item in Spanish. On the Rainforest Day, they had to locate rainforest plants and animals in a Treasure Hunt and then use that to help them fill out a sheet in both English and Spanish.
